About this event
Enjoy a fun, Halloween-festive social gathering with your fellow riders outside of the stress of a ride weekend. Food, fun, games, and merriment will abound!
This is a chili potluck, so bring your favorite chili or a side dish that goes well with chili. We will have an informal "chili cook off" if you will, although it won't be formally judged by anyone other than your own palates! Soda and water will be provided. You are welcome to BYOB if you like.
Costumes aren't required...but are most definitely welcome!
And just for fun...we will have a costume PHOTO contest ahead of time...with our horses (or other equines)! To be clear, the party itself is PEOPLE ONLY -- don't bring your equines with you. But it can be a lot of fun to get into the Halloween spirit with our ponies...so get yourself dressed up, get your steed outfitted, and get photos of yourselves in all of your costumed glory. Send those photos in to us and we will put them together in a slide show that will be played during the evening, and afterwards, you can all vote on who had the best costume!
